  • Triple Threat TSUNAMI (ADV)

    This Triple Threat TSUNAMI & Barbell workout is an advanced level workout. Each member joining this workout will need to be able to perform/sustain at higher levels of cardiovascular training, as well as strength training. This TRIPLE THREAT workout is a combination of Strength, Endurance - TABATA interval cardio and core – no workout is ever the same. 

  • Anything Goes

    Anything Goes is a mix of Interval training segments (HIIT-TABATA-Circuits), coupled with dynamic weight lifting sets packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will LOVE the challenges and spontaneity of this class!

  • Total Body Fitness 101

    While the idea of strength training can be complex, hopefully these basics will point you in the right direction so you feel comfortable adding additional fitness programs to your weekly regime. The BeeFIT trainers constantly provide individualized assistance, where you are guaranteed to learn and properly perform effective exercises while achieving awesome results.

    HIIT-TABATA CARDIO sets, as well as strength challenging sets! It’s a FULL BODY Workout while engaging your “CORE” muscles the entire time.

    Full Body Light-Weight Lifting & Cardio Sets. BURN & FIRM is for anyone looking to get LEAN, TONED and FIT! CARDIO & RESISTANCE TRAINING!

  • TBS / HIIT

    A mix of stimulating cardio & weight resistance exercises using a variety of fitness equipment to challenge your every move. Never the same workout!

 

 

 

BeeFIT's 2015 "FIT" Challenge WINNER!!
