Triple Threat TSUNAMI (ADV)

Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class because it can change at any time!

This Triple Threat TSUNAMI workout is an advanced level workout. Each member joining this workout will need to be able to perform/sustain at higher levels of cardiovascular training, as well as strength training. This TRIPLE THREAT workout is a combination of Strength, Endurance – TABATA interval cardio and core – no workout is ever the same

Members get the opportunity to PUMP stabilized HEAVY IRON, TSUNAMI sets Oscillating Kinetic Energy (OKE), challenging core strength, alongside Plyometric/Calisthenic sets to keep the momentum going.  MORE MUSCLE MEANS MORE CALORIE BURN!

Our newest feat is our ADVANCE Tsunami Bar training. This brand new barbell challenge represents a breakthrough in exercise science allowing your trainer to present strength and conditioning in an entirely different dynamic.  {Oscillating Kinetic Energy (OKE)}

The Tsunami Bar® flexible composite bar behaves differently from a rigid steel Olympic barbell adding power, speed and agility to every lift, press, squat, and clean. Using a Tsunami Bar results in 3X’s more stabilizer muscle activation than the traditional steel barbell. Coupled with your weight lifting cardio moves, we will also be pumping out An-aerobic CARIO HIIT sets to increase VO2 Max and EPOC effect post workout.

  • Heavier Weight lifting sets using TRADITIONAL BARBELLS and reps 
  • TSUNAMI BARS utilizing DYNAMIC &/or FORCE Movements. ***Oscillating Kinetic Energy 
  • TSUNAMI IMBALANCE – Hanging Weights challenging stabilizers and engaging every muscle in the body.  ***Oscillating Kinetic Energy 
  • Cardio sets utilizing TABATA (heart pumping plyometric sets)

Ages 18-60 –  Modifications may be encouraged and always provided by your trainer.  Each workout is YOUR workout and must be done at the fitness level that best suits your needs, goals, and personal well-being.

This class is designed for adv. levels. Individuals who suffer from joint pain or with limited physical R.O.M. would not be suitable for this workout. Modifications are featured for All participants throughout in order to maintain proper form and safe training. 

Classes available month-to-month or prepay by the season. WINTER months (Jan-Apr), SPRING May,  FALL (Sept-Dec).  We have other programs that run all year long. Multiple Class discounts available!
