If you really enjoy pumping iron, this is the workout for you.  TIME UNDER TENSION sets utilizing heavier weight sets/reps. Since so many head to work after this workout, you can choose your own 1m cardio sets in between working your muscle groups.  Go it Sweaty or simply PUMP IRON
