Interval Cardiovascular PUS Resistance & Weight training.

Anything Goes is a mix of Interval training segments (HIIT-TABATA-Circuits), coupled with dynamic weight lifting sets packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will LOVE the challenges and spontaneity of this class!

This workout is a combination of strength, interval cardio and core – We use a variety of functional movements combined into fun, well pre-planned workouts. As predicted, these workouts are challenging and intense in order to achieve remarkable gains for cardiovascular health. Every class we deliver a different W.O.D., therefore eliminating any “plateau effect” that can take place by performing the same workouts over and over. During these training sessions, you may perform strength challenging sets (mental & physical), using loaded barbells, as well as a variety of exercise equipment to challenge every muscle in your body. It’s a FULL BODY Workout while engaging your “CORE” muscles the entire time.

Each part of your body will get worked separately. It’s just like being at the gym but with a lot of motivation working out with your friends and by having your very own trainer there for support and guidance

(Ages 16-65 – Modifications provided) Some physical ailments may prevent you from participation.

BeeFIT Anything Goes workouts are performed to music using a wide variety of fitness equipment. Individual as well as Partner Trainings are delivered.

While the idea of strength training can be complex, these basics will point you in the right direction so you feel comfortable adding additional fitness programs to your weekly regimen. Our certified trainers constantly provide individualized assistance, where you are guaranteed to learn and properly perform effective exercises while achieving awesome results.  Modifications are featured throughout in order to accommodate any/all physical limitations necessary for each individual.

Classes available month-to-month or prepay by the season. WINTER months (Jan-Apr), SPRING May, SUMMER (June-Aug), FALL (Sept-Dec).  Our programs run all year long.  Multiple Class discounts available! Depending on which season it is, workout genre as well as workout location may change, yet will stay in same vicinity.

BeeFIT is more than Health & Fitness; it is family!  I began with Monica in 2010 in a "Biggest Loser" program. Under her challenging, yet loving guidance, many of us accomplished things we never thought we could - she is definitely no joke!  After 2-yrs, a personal tragedy occurred and the support I received in class and from my trainer was the strength that got me through those rough times. Monica encouraged me, cried with me and helped me find my way by encouraging me to not giving up on myself. While taking some time off, she never let me go. I was always under her watchful eye. I’m back for 2015, and I feel better than ever!!  It is amazing how much I missed it! Going to class is not always easy, but once you are there everyone is happy to see you and shares in your "pain"!  Ha Ha!  You are never judged - just loved!!  As I said before; it's a family and I am so happy to be back home!
