Total Body Fitness – A mix of stimulating cardiovascular & weight resistance exercises using a variety of fitness equipment to challenge your every move. Work multiple muscles groups all at once, engaging CORE MUSCLES for the entire workout. This workout provides stability training, bilateral training, and hydraulic sets which creates an accelerated peak cardiovascular performance to help you meet your max heart.

Peak cardio performance to help you meet your max heart rate (MHR). Extended sets with variable and instant tensions changes, and a little bit of friendly competition- all at the same time! A wide variety of Cardiovascular & Weight Resistance exercises challenging your every move. >>> Last reported BURN of 598kcal!!

Workouts may include; TBS, Battling Ropes, Speed Bags, Kettle Bells, Mega Balls,Weighted Barbells,  and more. All equipment is provided by BeeFIT! PEAK “After-BURN Effect” that results in fat burning for hours post workout completion! 

Equipment Based: HIIT – TABATA – Circuit – Pyramids – Anaerobic Trainings  All Equipment provided!

This workout is always a surprise . . . NEVER the same workout!

This workout incorporates all the muscle groups and joints of the upper and lower body so it has greater fat burning benefits than other exercises you would ever do on your own. Not only do you work your heart and burn body fat, you will also gain speed, agility, coordination, balance and boost “mind & body strength and power. Has awesome EPOC effect – Post workout after BURN!

While the idea of strength training can be complex, these basics will point you in the right direction so you feel comfortable adding additional fitness programs to your weekly regimen. Our certified trainers constantly provide individualized assistance, where you are guaranteed to learn and properly perform effective exercises while achieving awesome results.  Modifications are featured throughout in order to accommodate any/all physical limitations necessary for each individual.

Classes available month-to-month or prepay by the season. WINTER months (Jan-Apr), SPRING May, SUMMER (June-Aug), FALL (Sept-Dec).  Our programs run all year long.  Multiple Class discounts available! Depending on which season it is, workout genre as well as workout location may change, yet will stay in same vicinity.

At age 42, working full time, a wife and a mom, I had never enjoyed exercising. After test results reported borderline cholesterol, I decided to try a Beefit workout; this was 3-years ago! Started with 1-weekly class, now a Beefit Member working out 3-times a week. I absolutely love the way my workouts make me feel, and the camaraderie with all the other women in class makes each of us accountable and every 1-hr workout fun. We get our own personal trainer who is super dedicated to helping us achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is a huge part of what keeps me coming back. Our trainer encourages us to challenge ourselves in every workout and I love her for it! I will NEVER look back!
